Under the guidance of a qualified therapist from Strathalbyn Physiotherapy Clinic, our hydrotherapy sessions use gentle rehabiliative exercise for injured muscles and joints. Antenatal classes are a fantastic way to prepare and tone your body during pregnancy, with the warm water gently supporting your body. Post-natal water therapy is an ideal way of exercising your body back to shape after the birth. Please consult your own doctor or therapist before starting your exercise program.
